Joan was absolutely great during our selling experience. We chose her because of her deep knowledge of the Rye market and her savviness about how to market and sell your property. She provided a premarket inspection and premarket staging advice on her dime. Joan even leant us an aero bed and some sheets for the Staging. She helped us quickly price our property and was awesome during the negotiations. The only downside of an agent as amazing as Joan is that she is in high demand. She limits herself to a certain number of clients at any one time to allow her to focus where needed. Our experience was good, but it took a little while to learn the best way to connect with her. (She responded faster to voice mails rather than emails). Overall, I’d steer any friends or family looking to sell or buy a home in lower Westchester to Joan.
